The Buildup Camp team were the first people to bring Techstars Startup Weekend in 2019 with an attendance of over 60 entrepreneurs that developed their ideas in only 54 hours. Based on their learnings, we are now launching a program to help entrepreneurs go from idea to customers in a few days.
Buildup Camp is an educational initiative that educates early-stage entrepreneurs that want to start their business but don't know how, with courses and workshops in a Bootcamp format, without having to sacrifice their job or a lot of their time.

Rotterdam UP! is making a big push in marketing Scale-ups from Rotterdam to posititon the city as an Innovation Hub. Without a clear educated pipeline of Startups we will have no viable Scaleups, this is why is crucial we educate all the potential entrepreneurs and support them in their journey.
In Rotterdam, there have been educational programs from other organisations, but these programs have failed to support Startups to a stage in which they can run by themselves, we have developed a comprehensive yet flexible program with other partners, for everyone to get started and thrive.
The Buildup Camp team is formed by individuals commited to tech and Innovation. The lead of the projects teaches Entrepreneurhsip for the Masters at the Rotterdam Applied Sciences University, the second lead works with Innovation projects in ING labs, we have the experience and knowledge to execute.
